Even if you think you can't afford to spend any more time and energy toward your marketing campaign, you need to set aside time to gauge the effectiveness of your marketing pieces.
Marketing doesn't end after you mail out your postcards. You need to know who's responding to your ads and how to get that number up. Yes, I'm assuming that you have a low number of
responses. Whoever said, "Oh I've gotten plenty of responses and leads. I don't need anymore." Didn't get it right the first time and they won't get it right the last.
Read on for tips on how to increase your ad responses from your postcard marketing campaign.
Keep it simple.
Don't clutter your postcard with unnecessary words and graphics. You have precious little space. Use it wisely. Edit your text and keep your graphics a pleasant size in proportion to the text. Use colors carefully. If you choose to send full color postcards, don't use neon colors with primary colors or any other clashing colors. Use complementary colors that will stand out from the rest of the mail.
The perfect home business opportunity could be right under your nose. Carry a notebook around in your pocket and purse to write ideas as you get them. A lot of brainstorming occurs when you are waiting in line or in traffic.

It just felt terribly unnatural…i mean, imagine how it would feel if you tried climbing to the top of a high ladder with no hands. Then take the last step with just one foot, where the rung of the ladder was about an inch wide with no hands. Yeah…it felt sort of like that. It just wasn't going to work, I could FEEL myself starting to fall.
Translate your hobby into a home money making business opportunity. If you are handy with crochet needles, create custom beaded jewelry or even make woodworking projects. There will always be a market for something unique. Test the waters and rent a booth at a festival or flea market and see how well your creations sell. After a few selling days, you will have an idea of what sells and what doesn't so you can concentrate your efforts there. The perfect home business opportunity could be right under your nose.
